How is the authenticity of my collection verified?
Every piece is personally examined by our certified expert – for material, striking characteristics and provenance – before it enters the shop.
Which payment methods do you offer?
PayPal, credit card, advance payment by bank transfer as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay – processed securely via PayPal and WooCommerce Payments.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the delivery address:
Germany: €9.90
European Union: €14.90
Europe (non-EU): €19.90
Worldwide: €29.90
DHL Express can additionally be selected during checkout; the cost is shown automatically in the cart. For an order value above €500 we calculate shipping individually and inform you before dispatch.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery time depends on the destination country: Germany approx. 1–3 working days, EU approx. 3–6 working days, Europe outside the EU approx. 5–8 working days, worldwide approx. 7–14 working days. Every shipment is insured and sent with tracking – you will receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.
Can I sell or have my collection valued without buying?
Yes. On our “Appraisals & valuations” page you can send us a photo and receive a non-binding initial assessment.
What happens if my parcel arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage – we will arrange replacement or reimbursement through the transport insurance.
Can I cancel or return an order?
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our Terms & Conditions and the withdrawal policy.
Do you also offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most EU countries as well as Switzerland, the UK, the USA and other countries worldwide. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import charges may apply and are payable by the recipient.
